The best YMCA I've ever been to. I have been a YMCA member since my baby was born over a decade ago. I've always enjoyed their group classes, my child tool his 1st swimming lessons there when he was a months old and was in the YMCA child care when he was 2! This facility is 7 whole floors in the heart of Seattle in a Historical Building almost as old as Seattle itself! Super clean and not very busy at all! Lots of equipment and a pool on its own floor. Everything looks almost new and the membership desk is super friendly. I LOVE THE YMCA!

In my personal opinion is a good place, and the staff are very polite, although is a old place, the swimming pool and the gym is kept in good condition.

First time there. Loved it! Girls at the entrance were friendly and helpful. Weights, racquet ball, basketball, and ping pong!

There’s a pool, sauna, workout area, indoor running track, basketball court and much more along with plenty of classes. I love that it’s only a block from the library. It’s only a few minutes from my apartment in Belltown by bus or if I am a little more patient I can take the Free Waterfront Shuttle and save the bus fair for a post workout latte to reward myself.

Called to verify member services and Kathy yelled at me and stated she did not see my approval letter. Which I had in my email. She was rude and inconsiderate to her customer needs. I would not recommending this locations for health benefits.

The YMCA in general is not the fanciest gym you could belong to, and this one is the red-headed step-child of the Seattle/King County system. Costs are ridiculous and all your hard-earned dues will go to upgrades at other branches.
